Namaste! My name is Lucy and I am pleased to introduce to you yoga classes for all in Herne Bay, East Kent. My sessions are uniquely tailored for different groups, with all classes packed full of adaptations & modifications so you can honour where you are today, whenever you practice.

I am proud to offer yoga in Herne Bay to all. With ‘Gentle Breathe & Stretch Yoga’ classes, ‘Meditate & Recalibrate’ & ‘Yoga Flow’, ‘Restorative Yin Yoga’ & ‘Soundbath’ sessions available, there is a perfect class for all, wherever you’re at.

At Floating Yoga we recognise that yoga is not about creating the perfect ‘pose’ or reaching the unattainable, its about the journey. Together we celebrate your pose & your practice. Together, we are floating yoga.

I am a Jikiden Reiki (Shoden & Okuden level qualified) healer. Do you have an energy block you would like to work through? Is there an area of your life, mentally or spiritually where you feel blocked or dysregulated? Or perhaps there is a physical block I can help move energy through in your body.
